Adjustable Rate Mortgages are available for various terms in a 1/1, 3/1 and 5/1 structure and are available on owner-occupied and vacation homes.

1^st Time Home Buyer Program is available for 1^st time home buyers purchasing an owner-occupied home in our CRA assessment area.

Jumbo Loans (loan amounts over $417,000) are available for both Fixed and Adjustable Rate Mortgages, for primary and vacation homes with no increase to the interest rate.

1-4 Family Income Property Mortgages are available with a fixed or adjustable rate, up to $250,000.  This product is available for either the purchase or refinance of a 1-4 family residential income property in our CRA assessment area.

Bridge/Swing Loans are available to "bridge" the gap between the purchase of a new home and the sale of your existing home.
